Costa Rica. My favorite. My paradise. I spent a week with my family in this breath-taking country in 2008 right after I turned 16 and got my first big girl camera as a sweet sixteen gift. THE perfect way to break in my new camera. I owe much of my obsession with photography to this trip! Family time, sunsets, exotic animals, volcanoes, the bluest waters, perfect breezes, zip-lining through the rainforest canopies, smoothies that were the best I’ve ever had & still drool over in my mind, amazing food, the list just goes on and on.

I’ll never forget this vacation! & I’m so glad to have so many pictures to be able to reminisce on. I can put myself right back into that sunshine as I look through the images. Experiencing the world is my favorite & being able to photograph it all is an extra bonus. Planning a destination wedding? I would absolutely love to be there to capture you & all that your destination has to offer. Tropical locations are especially welcome 🙂
