I’m SO excited to officially announce that I’ll now be based in both Atlanta & the DC area! Say hi to your new favorite Washington DC Area wedding photographer! Woo hoo!

If you didn’t already know, I was actually born and raised in Northern Virginia in a suburb of Washington DC. Sterling, VA to be exact! I lived there till I graduated high school and moved down to Atlanta for college. Most of my family still live in the DMV as well as in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, so I end up in the DC area at least once a year to see them all. In June of 2016, I photographed a small elopement in the Shenandoah Mountains of VA and got to spend a few days with my family and friends during that trip, which got me thinking, “Hey, Kiyah, you should reallyyy do this more often!”

Well, now, I am! Starting in 2018, I’ll be booking weddings in Maryland, Virginia, and DC with NO EXTRA TRAVEL FEES! Yep, that’s right. If you’re planning a DC area wedding and you book me as your photographer, you won’t pay my typical travel fee on top of your wedding package! And for the time that I am in the DC area, I’ll also be booking portraits–anything from families to seniors to couples to headshots. I mean, what could be any better?!

I’m also REALLY excited to share an awesome incentive for new DC bookings!
