Brittany and Jesse. Bee and Jay. They are goals. Teenage sweethearts who have survived long distance, moving, and ups and downs in their relationship, yet they have lasted through it all and are getting married this September. For their engagement session, we wandered around starting at Studioplex Lofts in Atlanta. This space is somewhat of a hidden treasure here in Atlanta and it’s so dreamy whenever I get to shoot there. It’s near the Beltline and has an edgy, yet earthy feel to it, so I loved letting Brittany and Jesse dance and be cute surrounded by the exposed cement and greenery. We ended the shoot at the murals of graffiti and art near Krog Street Tunnel just down the street from the lofts. Both locations have an artsy, grungy, urban look that looked really cool with their stylish outfits.
For just the few months I’ve known Brittany and Jesse, I adore them so much already. Jesse can put the biggest smile on Brittany’s face and she can always do the same for him. I guess that’s what happens after being in love for over 10 years. They love watching movies together, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with their families. It’s going to be absolutely amazing celebrating so many years of love during their wedding this fall.
