Guys, fall is liiiterally around the corner, which is SO bittersweet! The sweet part is that I’m extremely excited about the remaining weddings I have for this year and the fact that I’ll be hiring my 3rd intern for this wedding season!

It’s been such a wonderful experience with my internship program so far. Both Radina and Sabrina have successfully gone through my internship and my business has changed so wonderfully because of them! You can read about their experiences here and here. I’m very excited to welcome a new person to my team this fall! This position is not restricted to photographers because photography experience is not required! It is mainly an administrative position. Please read all the details before applying!

Qualifications :

• 10-15 hours weekly commitment with a somewhat flexible schedule based here in Atlanta

• Has an interest in photography (experience is not required!)

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Eager to learn, serve, and grow

• Enjoys being around and meeting new people (sometimes up to several hundred in one day!)

• A great work ethic–you can solve problems responsibly, independently, and efficiently

• Very familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest)

• Loves Jeni’s Ice Cream (or dessert in general)

• Available to assist at weddings (usually on Saturdays)

• Bonus! A working knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, iMovie, and/or Squarespace

Responsibilities & what you can expect to learn:

• Assisting on wedding days and during portrait shoots with everything from carrying equipment to organizing the timeline of the day

• Social media planning and management

• Communicating with clients and vendors before and after wedding days

• Prepping blog posts and incorporating SEO

• Ordering, packaging, and shipping client orders and gifts

• Prepping photography gear for shoots

• Creating client slideshows

• And more!

This is a paid position & is a great learning opportunity for all experience levels! If chosen for the internship, you will work in person at my home office in Southwest Atlanta, Georgia as well as on site during shoots. The internship will begin the week of August 26 and the week of December 9.
