Congratulations again on your engagement! I’m so honored that you’ve considered me to be your wedding photographer! I look forward to walking alongside you during your journey from engaged to married, documenting the unforgettable moments that take place, and presenting them to you in your heirloom wedding album.
I love being a wedding photographer because I love the stories of joy, love, and commitment that unfold on a wedding day. Photography is more than a job or a hobby to me. I truly believe it’s part of my purpose here on earth. To see, capture, and reveal moments and beauty to others in photographs.
Your love story is unique & you deserve a photography experience that encompasses how one-of-a-kind you are! My greatest desire as your wedding photographer is to capture the core of who you are and what is most important to you and deliver images and tangible heirlooms that reflect those incredibly special moments. You are adventurous and spontaneous, you care deeply about your family and friends, and you are passionate about the love you share with your fiancé, so that is what your wedding photography experience will embody.

Great! I’m so excited to get your booking process started and officially welcome you to the Kiyah C Photography family!
Here are your next steps:
1. LET’S MEET. If you haven’t already, set up a time to meet face-to-face with me either in-person at my home studio in Atlanta or via video chat if you’re not in the area. We will meet for 30 minutes to get to know each other further to ensure we’re a good fit! We’ll also talk more about your wedding day and you’ll be able to view sample heirloom albums, prints, and more.
2. SIGN YOUR CONTRACT. After our meeting, I will send you an electronic contract for both of you to read over and sign. If any questions arise as you’re reading through it, don’t hesitate to ask me anything.
3. PAY YOUR DEPOSIT. A $1000 retainer will be due within 7 days of receiving your contract. You will receive email reminders when your following payments are coming up, and your total will be due 30 days before your wedding.
4. YOU’RE BOOKED! Your signed contract & paid retainer will officially place your wedding date on my calendar. Woo hoo! From there, we’ll get started planning your engagement session and you’ll soon receive your wedding planning magazine in the mail!
