It’s Kristian & Mike’s wedding weeeek!! Which is the perfect time to share their engagement session. Okay, maybe the perfect time would have been back in November when we actually did their session, but hey, I like to keep things unpredictable over here. This engagement session actually was rescheduled about 3 times because of rain and cold. I’m sooo glad we were able to find the absolute perfect day and location for this! Downtown Decatur is one of my favorite spots in Atlanta so exploring all around the area was like music to my soul. You know what else was music to my soul? This. LIGHT. The sun gave us sooo much golden glory during their engagement shoot and you know that made me squeal the whole entire time.

I’ve known Kristian for over 10 years! She is my older sister’s best friend since they met way back in high school in Virginia. She relocated here to Atlanta after college in Florida and we’ve had a tight friend group since then. She and Mike are so great for each other and I’ve loved seeing how happy he makes her and how supportive she is of him. It’s always an extra special honor to witness and photograph my good friends as they fall in love and make amazing new strides in life.
